Price Details
Camp tuition includes all accommodations, three meals a day, trips, and admission fees for regularly scheduled activities for the duration of the trip. Airfare is not included in the price.
Registration Fee
There is a $500 registration fee (not included in the program tuition) which is due upon completion of the application. If an applicant is rejected, a full refund will be provided.
Payment Schedule
A $1,500 deposit must be paid upon acceptance to secure your place in camp. The remaining payments should be paid monthly, with the full balance due by May 1st. We reserve the right to reassign a spot if fees are not paid in a timely fashion. Any scholarships received prior to the final scheduled payment will be reflected and adjusted in the final payment. Camp tuition is only refunded for emergency situations at the camp’s discretion.
Payment Methods
Tuition payments can be made by credit card, debit card, check, Zelle, wire transfer, or money order. There will be a 3% convenience fee for all credit card payments.
Tips
At the end of the summer, the camp will request tips for the camp staff.
Withdrawals, Refunds & Cancellations
Camp tuition is only refunded for emergency situations at the camp’s discretion.
If Camp Kedma cancels a program or rejects your child’s application to a program, all monies paid will be refunded in full.
Once the program begins, there are no refunds for expulsion or early voluntary termination from the program. No refunds will be given for any unused portion of the trip.
Termination
Camp Kedma reserves the right to terminate a child’s participation in our Summer Program. When the decision has been made to remove a participant from a program, it will be done as soon as possible. Any cost incurred in sending a participant home will be at the participant’s and his or her parent’s or guardian’s expense. No refunds will be given for any unused portion of the trip.
Flight Arrangements & Luggage
Camp Kedma is not responsible for the cancellation or schedule change of any flights, nor any fees connected with their cancellation, schedule change, or lost baggage. The camp does not purchase travel insurance; you may purchase it on your own if you so choose.
Subject to Change
All program dates are subject to change. Additionally, the duration, itinerary, or other details of the program may be curtailed, altered, or modified without prior notice, obligation, or reimbursement.
Jewish Federation/Grants
Many Jewish Federations offer grants and scholarships for teens attending Israel programs during the summer. Contact your local Jewish Federation, synagogue, or other Jewish institutions to find out about scholarship opportunities.
